Bolero III :: DHV 1

At Gin Gliders, an entry level model is very complex to design and it is a very lengthy research and development process to achieve the principle design objectives. We want pilots discovering paragliding to have a glider which is easy to fly, comfortable and of course, extremely safe.

With these goals in mind, our designers (Gin and Robert) wanted a progressive and predictable glider. Progressive - in all parts of the flight. Inflations that are smooth and even. In flight roll and pitch are progressive and relative to conditions. In fact pitch is very slight and the flight is very smooth. Landing, the student will not need to give much control as the smooth and stable flight will end in a beautiful flare and landing.

Predictability is a very important feature for any wing but especially a beginner wing. The pressure in the risers gives instant positive feedback on the position of the wing. In turns, the pilot will never be nervous as the wing will react instantly to pilot input but not excessively. The wing feels in-tune to the air around it and it is easy to find the next thermal. The brake travel is long and the pressure will rise progressively as the pilot increases input.

The Bolero III offers the modern shape (plan-form and high arc technology) of the successful high performance gliders from the Boomerang Series. $3400

Gin Boost paraglider Boost

The Boost is an entry-level wing aimed at paragliding school students, qualified pilots and paramotorists. An addition to the GIN range alongside the Bolero 3, its combination of first-class safety and agile handling will nurture your confidence and enable you to discover the magnificent beauty of flight.

The Boost is the result of 1 1/2 years of development by Robert Graham, and extensive feedback from pilots and schools. It is safe enough that you would give one to your partner or best friend to learn paragliding, but so much fun that you might just want to keep it for yourself! $3000

Gin Rebel Race Paraglider Rebel Race :: LTF 2

The Rebel Race offers more performance and more precise handling than the standard Rebel, yet it maintains the same level of security and ease-of-use. The Rebel Race features not only thinner lines, but also competition risers. It is made with lighter materials suited to a cross-country glider.

These lighter materials improve the performance of the wing in several areas: trim speed, glide ratio, climb rate and headwind penetration. At the same time, the handling is more precise and the glider offers a well coordinated, homogenous and secure feeling for such a high level of performance. The Rebel Race is truly a competitive cross-country machine with no stress. $4000

Airflex Paramotor Wing Airflex Paramotor Wing

AIRFLEX is the GIN high intermediate paramotor wing designed by Mike Campbell-Jones, the inventor of the Reflex technology and father of modern paramotoring.

AIRFLEX has a dynamic roll but without excess. It is very stable in pitch, which helps to coordinate the turn with a paramotor and allows tight turns or wide turns with a good sink rate. The arc has been calculated to help to initiate the turn with roll, but at the same time keeping a strict directional stability and avoiding any bad rolling tendency. This is a very important characteristic in PPG, and helps to control the spiral dive.

The wing is very stable in all axes, especially at full speed. The sink rate is excellent at both slow and fast speeds, which allows a wide useable speed range. The risers include a wing tip steering kit to pilot the wing when accelerated. The "trimmers off" maximum position is 20cm and the speed system range is 16cm. $3700
