Tandem flights are a highly enjoyable and educational introduction to the sport of paragliding. An USHGA certified tandem pilot flies the paraglider while the passenger sits in a separate harness in front of the pilot. Ms. Tauscher and all pilots who fly tandem flights for Peak to Peak Paragliding are USHGA-certified tandem instructors, which means they are certified to fly passengers on tandem flights.

Individuals are often introduced to paragliding through a tandem flight that they purchase, or that someone else purchases for them (like a Gift Certificate). It’s an excellent way to be introduced to the sport, or to enjoy the sport without the stress of having to fly the glider yourself. Many folks take tandem ride after tandem ride because they enjoy the sense of freedom and pleasure it brings them!

We offer two tandem flights, a longer flight in Golden, Colorado ($175.00) and a shorter, hike-up flight in North Boulder, Colorado ($150.00).

An $100 non-refundable deposit reserves a tandem flight in Golden, $75 reserves a flight in North Boulder. Or, give the gift of flight and order a Gift Certificate! Note: Weight range is 100-225 lbs. If person flying is over 210 lbs, please let us know.
